Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in a prime area, very close to Cascais along a nice promenade by the ocean. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a twin setup including a library, which is a nice change from the previous three-table setup. The service is top-notch, very friendly and attentive, going out of their way to ensure a great stay. The dining options are adequate, but the Danish pastry might leave you disappointed. Overall, a great value for money stay with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The hotel was spotless, but the rooms had a very strong smell of cleaning fluid upon arrival. Despite being freezing cold even with the heater on, the rooms were impeccably clean. The TV only had 10 local channels, and the elevator was unreliable, often getting stuck on different floors.
The hotel offers a fantastic sea view from its fairly small but adequate rooms. While the rooms need a refurbishment and a more efficient breakfast service, the helpful service and charming staff make up for it. The prime location close to shops, restaurants, and the beach enhances the overall experience despite not being cleaned once during our week-long stay.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to everything and with easy access to the beach and the seawalk. The rooms, though small, are adequate and clean. The service was exceptional in assisting with day trips and providing information, but there were some disturbances from cleaning activities. The dining options were decent but could use more variety. The overall facilities are satisfactory with room for improvement.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, close to the train station, the beach, and ideal for exploring both Lisbon and Sintra. The service staff were brilliant, always willing to help, especially Patricia and Tiago. However, the hilly terrain and mosaic paving made it a bit tricky to navigate, but the beautiful sea views and easy access to the promenade were definite highlights.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although with a great sea view, were quite outdated and in need of new curtains and shower curtains. However, I would still consider staying there again due to the positive aspects.
The hotel offers a lovely sea view and is conveniently located between Estoril and Cascais. The rooms are cozy with a balcony overlooking the sea, comfortable bed, and clean bathroom. However, it took a bit of time for the room to fully heat up. The service was helpful and informative, especially about transportation options to Lisbon. The location is perfect for beach access and enjoying the seaside promenade. The dining experience was satisfying, particularly the pastries in the hotel's patisserie. The facilities are well-kept, making for a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and railway station, offering a complimentary glass of port on arrival. The rooms were disappointing in terms of decor but were full of daylight. The service was exceptionally helpful and patient, providing information about the region. The dining experience was good but lacked variety in taste. The facilities were well-maintained, with friendly and efficient staff.
The hotel is less than ten minutes from the prom and offers a great location. The rooms were smelly and not very clean, and guests had to wait until late afternoon to re-enter due to cleaning activities. The service was helpful but lacked awareness. The dining experience was friendly but limited. The location gets sun from morning till night and is half-way along the promenade between Estoril and Cascais.
